I added a few more entries to the FAQ to address some questions I’ve had over the last couple days.

I’ve also changed up the ordering process as it was just poorly thought out on my part previously.

Old Process:

1. Pay us money
2. Get Something

New Process

1. You checkout our avatar preparation guidelines.
2. We meet in-world to capture the geometry and textures of your avatar
3. After the capture, we tweak the model, retexture the figure and send you pictures of it from our 3d Applications as a more realistic view of what the figure would look like.
4. If you approve of the figure, we bill you via Paypal and build your figure.

I’m still putting together a web form / scheduling something to allow people to set times to meet in world (hoping I can hijack some Web 2.0 company our maybe Google calendar to do this for me).
